b'2021-2022 SERVICE PROGRAM AWARDSas presented by STATE PROGRAM DIRECTOR ED OCONNORThis year wewere still recovering from the COVID shut down. here were 51 submissions by 24 councils. All programs that were submitted were good programs. We need to do a better job of getting the word out on ALL the good work we do, and money raised for our local charities. We had 5 brothers judge allsubmissions that were received by the deadline. All were graded using the same criteria for each. When the numbers were totaled we had our winners. Next year I would like to see more participation by more councils as we get back to our new normal We all know that there are a lot of good work going on we need to show the fruits of out labor.
